Make the evidence specific.
For each payment, identify who submits evidence, who verifies it, the exact acceptance standard and what happens if the parties disagree. The planner records a short evidence description; it cannot verify performance.
Enter the amount to hold, then define what must happen before each release. See every planned payment, the evidence required, who confirms it, and the balance left afterward.
Define the release share, target date, required evidence and person who confirms each milestone. The planner adds the amounts and shows any missing terms before you discuss an actual escrow agreement.
The report will show what is allocated and which details still need to be agreed.
This is a proposed schedule only. It does not create an escrow account, hold money, verify a milestone or authorize a payment.
For each payment, identify who submits evidence, who verifies it, the exact acceptance standard and what happens if the parties disagree. The planner records a short evidence description; it cannot verify performance.
The schedule allocates only money placed in escrow. If a contract is partly funded, the remainder sits outside this model. Fees are estimated separately so they are never silently deducted from a proposed release.
