$60m from WTE Bank
Fund approved site preparation, equipment deposits and the first contracted work package.
A valuable transaction may be too large, long-term or intricate for a standard loan. WTE Bank structures the financing around the contracts, assets and future cash flows—and provides 100% of the approved financing itself. You work with one lender from credit decision through final draw, rather than assembling a group of funders.
We take responsibility for the entire approved financing commitment. We determine the amount the transaction can support, set draw conditions, align repayment with expected cash generation and secure the facility against appropriate rights or assets. The borrower gets one bank credit decision and one financing agreement for the full WTE Bank-funded facility.
See how the facility is built ↘We examine the contract, operating asset, projected revenues and the parties responsible for delivery. This tells us how much WTE Bank can finance, the period the borrower needs and the cash that will repay our loan. We stress-test lower revenue and delayed completion before making a credit decision.

WTE Bank finances the approved requirement from its own lending capacity. We structure one facility with a tenor matched to the transaction, staged draws for defined costs, suitable collateral and covenants, and repayment from contracted or operating cash flows. Reserves and other protections help the deal withstand delays or weaker performance.
After approval and signed documents, WTE Bank releases its financing against agreed project or transaction milestones. The borrower deals with one lender for draw requests, reporting and repayment. Cash generated by the financed activity services the WTE Bank facility under the agreed terms.

Consider an eligible $250 million logistics expansion supported by customer contracts. WTE Bank approves and funds the full $250 million loan. It makes $60 million available for initial works, $140 million for construction and $50 million for commissioning and eligible start-up costs, with each draw subject to agreed conditions. The project’s operating cash repays the bank.
Fund approved site preparation, equipment deposits and the first contracted work package.
Draw funding as verified construction milestones and cost conditions are met.
Complete eligible commissioning and start-up activity before contracted revenues begin servicing the facility.
Submit the full amount needed, transaction purpose, key contracts, assets, projected cash flows, schedule and repayment source. We will assess whether WTE Bank can finance the whole eligible requirement and, if approved, structure the facility, conditions and disbursement plan.
WTE Bank finances 100% of each financing facility it approves for a client. Approval, amount, costs, repayment terms and availability depend on due diligence, eligibility, jurisdiction, documentation and signed terms. The transaction example is illustrative.
